At the heart of every great meal is love and service.
A private dining experience, rooted in authenticity and care
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
Mahatma Ghandi
About
As a child, I understood something that I now practice as a chef. Food requires love. I was raised in Afghanistan by my grandmother. I grew up a picky eater and rarely ate at other people's houses because I believed no one loved me more than my grandmother.
That understanding guides my work today, as l seek to offer that feeling of nostalgia and care to those I have the privilege of serving.
Each experience is created specifically for the people being served. There is no fixed menu.
Ingredients are selected with care, and the meal is shaped around the setting and needs of the group.
The experience
presence
The focus is not on performance or presentation, but on service.
Purpose
These experiences are suited for those seeking an intimate gathering, celebration, or private occasion where an act of service is rooted in love and care.
